By accessing and using the services of TakeMy Mobile (SEDHU MOBILE SERVICE CENTRE), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Repair Services
- While we use premium parts and expert technicians, we are not responsible for any pre-existing internal damage unknown at the time of submission.
- Data backup is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any data loss during the repair process.
- Repairs come with a specific warranty period as mentioned at the time of service, covering only the parts replaced.
2. Orders & Deliveries
- Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier partners.
- Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
3. Payments
All payments must be made in full through our authorized payment methods. We reserve the right to withhold service or delivery until payment verification is complete.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Erode district.
